Registration & Payment
Please fill out the the registration form (in
Word or
PDF format) and email it with an email subject
title "Registration - Your Name" to
registration@math.sc.edu by March 1, 2009. All participants are required to
register
in advance.
The registration fees are US$40 for faculty/postdocs, and US$20 for
students/unemployed, payable by cash or check (NO Credit Card). The registration fees can be paid in advance or on
site.
If you pay the registration fee in advance, pay your check to Department of Mathematics, University of
South Carolina. Mail your check with the registration form to Ms. Elizabeth Deliyski, Industrial Mathematics Institute,
Department of Mathematics, University of South Carolina, Columbia, SC 29208, USA.
