    Week of July 31 - August 3

    The final exam is on Thursday, August 3 starting at 8am. It will cover Sections 7.1, 7.2;   8.1 through 8.5, 8.8:   Sections 10.3 through 10.10, and Section 11.1.
    It may help, however, to review all the sections we have been through. In Sections 10.7 through 10.10, only those topics covered in class will be tested.

    Monday's quiz is on Section 10.8. Tuesday's quiz is on polar coordinates, similar to problems from Quick Check exercises 1, 2, and 3 and Exercises 1 and 3 on page 728.

    Other practice problems from Section 11.1: 5, 11, 17 for Tuesday morning and 31, 35, and 47 for Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday.
