DAILY ASSIGNMENTS
Week 1 (USC classes begin on Tuesday)
Jan 16 (Tue) To review the important integration techniques discussed last semester, look over the following problems. Section 6.2 - #15-35, section 6.3 - #9-48, section 6.6 - #3-27, section 6.8 - #23-48. For tomorrow's class do at least 6 from each section.
Jan 17 (Wed) Continue practicing your integration skills by doing 5 more problems from each of the four sections listed above. There will be a quiz tomorrow on these sections.
Jan 18 (Thu) Today's quiz was taken from the handout of practice problems. For next week, finish these problems and read section 7.1. Since we will now be learning about some applications and the harder integrals, it is hoped that you are proficient at solving the integrals from 6.2, 6.3, 6.6, and 6.8. If not, practice some more over the weekend.
