| Text: | Calculus by Varburg, Purcell, and Rigdon, 8th ed. (material from chapters 7 - 12) |
| Labs: | Each student is required to attend the appropriate section's computer lab each week. |
Work Load: There will be daily reading and homework, weekly lab assignments, 12 quizzes, 4 tests, and 1 cumulative final exam.
Grading: No make-ups will be given for any quizzes, lab assignments, or tests. Your two lowest quiz scores scores will be dropped. No test scores will be dropped, and the final exam score will not be dropped. If your final exam score is higher than one of your test scores, then the final exam score will replace your lowest test score. This can only be done for one test. The final exam score itself cannot be replaced by any other score. The final exam will be cumulative.

Math Lab Tutoring: Free tutoring is provided by the Math Lab. Its schedule is 11:00am - 4:00 pm MTWTh in LC 101, and 6:00pm - 8:00pm MTWTh in the Bates and Tower area dorms.
