Apr 20-27: ESS, second group project oral reports

  • See Hastings pp 72-76, and problem 8 on p 78
  • Step through ess.mws to see an example that uses Maynard Smith's argument in terms of fitness
  • The second exam / final exam will be distributed on 4-22. We haven't scanned in the figures yet, so you really should just use this here to get started, and pick up a hard copy from Dave. The exam is due on the day of the schduled final exam (Saturday, May 1, 2 pm), during which time we will also have the last of the oral reports. The written project reports are due on Tuesday, May 2, by noon in Dave's office.
  • Take a look at your colleagues' projects
