Math 170 Summer I 2007

Textbook: Finite Mathematics, Waner/Costenoble, Fourth Edition (ISBN 0-495-31665-2). A calculator is required for this course.

Course Material Covered: Chapter 1, 2, 3(except 3.4, 3.5), 4 (except 4.5), 6, and 7(except 7.4). The course is designed for business, social science and liberal arts major students. It covers linear algebra, linear programming, matrices, set theory, probability, and their applications.
