• We skip sections 4.2, 4.3, and 4.6.

• The course covered sections 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.9, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 4.1, 4.4, 4.5, 4.7, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, and 5.7.
