The seminar represents a collaborative effort of commutative algebraists at
Georgia State University, the University of South Carolina, and the University of Central Florida to increase exposure
of their research area in the South-East through periodic meetings. Each year
GSU, USC, and UCF organize two regional meeting and a national one. This Spring, UCF
will organize the national meeting. For some of the
