Several of my former Math 142 students,
who are now in Math 241, have
requested the following
Math 550 Informal Summary handout
of mine.
The handout is a mixture of a review
of Math 241 (i.e., what a student is
expected
to remember from Calculus 3 when they
start Math 550)
along with the new material
from Math 550. So if you are now in
Math 241, I would suggest highlighting
on the Informal Summary what you are
expected to know in your Math 241.
This will serve as an outline of the course,
as well as to put some of the Math 241 material
into perceptive for latter courses.

Of course, I assume that their original
handout got eaten by their dog
for they just could not have
thrown them away. So here are the
