Included is a list of the derivative formulas from sections 3.3-3.6 and 4.2-4.3. You will be able to use this for quizzes, but not on the exam.
The next Exam will will be Wednesday April 2. It will cover 3.3-3.7 and 4.1-4.3. Basically, the test will require you to determine derivatives
of various functions and answer questions similar to the homework problems that have been posted.

- Wednesday 4/2/08: I have updated the homework link to include the remainder of Chapter 5. We will end the semester with these topics and a few topics from chapter 6. We will have
our last in class exam on Monday April 21. If we get through all of the course material by then, we will have a whole week to review for the final.
- Friday 4/4/08: Quiz 10 is a homework assignment due Monday in Class or Tuesday in Recitation. Since this is a take home assignment, make
sure you write your solutions VERY CLEARLY. I will instruct Xiao to take of many points if she cannot read your handwritting. Turn in problem
18 from 5.1 and 24 from 5.2. Since you have more time to do these problems, it is a good idea to add more details or steps to make sure you get a good grade.
- Tuesday 4/8/08: As of today, the grading scale is as follows: 80-100 is an A; 70-79 is a B; 60-69 is a C; 50-59 is a D. Your grade = LAB(.15)+QUIZ(.3)+(EXAM AVERAGE)(.55), where LAB, QUIZ, and EXAM AVERAGE are numbers between 0 and 100 corresponding to your percentage for each portion of the class.
- Wednesday 4/9/08: The homework link has been updated to include all the practice problems for the remainder of the semester. We will go back to Chapter 5
on Friday and Monday. The exam on Chapter 5 will be on Monday 4/21. The remaining days of class will be for Chapter 6 and review for the final. There will be no Exam 4 Review in class. I will
