This is the second announcement for the Palmetto Number Theory Series
(PANTS) meeting to be held at the University of South Carolina in Columbia,
SC, December 9 and 10, 2006.

The meeting will run 1:00 - 6:30 pm on Saturday December 9, and from
9:00 - 12:00 on Sunday, December 10.  There is no registration fee.  For a

All talks will be in LeConte (the mathematics building) in room 412 (on the
