Set Theory and Topology Seminar:
In this first meeting, Peter Nyikos will look at what we know about the problem of whether there is a countable Frechet-Urysohn topological group that is not first (hence second) countable. A space is Frechet-Urysohn if, whenever a point x is in the closure of a set A, there is a sequence from A converging to x.
