Set Theory and Topology Seminar:
In this first meeting, Peter Nyikos will look at what we know
about the problem of whether there is a countable Frechet-Urysohn
topological group that is not first (hence second) countable.
A space is Frechet-Urysohn if, whenever a point x is in the
closure of a set A, there is a sequence from A
converging to x. Note that the regular weekly meeting time may differ
from this first week's seminar.
